Presence & marketing

A good website still needs
somebody to find it.

Social accounts, campaigns, paid advertising and email, run by the same studio that built your site, so everything points back at the pages designed to convert. No jargon, no vanity metrics, and we will tell you when a channel is not worth your money.

Where we start

Who your customers are, and where they already spend their time

A trade supplier and a wedding cake maker do not belong on the same platforms. Before we set anything up, we work out who you are trying to reach and where they actually are. Everything else follows from that, and it usually means doing fewer things properly rather than being everywhere at once.

01 / What we run

Four channels, and how
we handle each one.

Take one of these or all four. Each can sit inside a monthly plan or be run as a one-off campaign.

01

Social platforms, set up and kept alive

We set up the accounts properly, branded to match your site, with the right information filled in and links pointing where they should. Then we keep them moving.

A page that has not been posted on since 2023 tells a prospect you might have closed down. That is worse than having no page at all, which is why we would rather manage two accounts well than leave five looking abandoned.

02

Social campaigns with a stated outcome

Before anything is designed we agree what the campaign is for. Bookings for a quiet month, clearing seasonal stock, filling a class, launching a product. One aim, measured.

We build the creative and the copy, launch it where your audience is, then watch the numbers and change what is not working while it is still running.

03

Paid advertising, spent carefully

Google, Facebook, Instagram or YouTube, matched to where your customers look rather than where the budget is easiest to spend. We set the campaign up, point it at a page built to convert, and track what happens after the click.

A straight warning: below roughly a few hundred pounds a month, paid search rarely gathers enough data to beat spending that money on your site and your local listings. We will say so rather than take the fee.

04

Email, the channel you actually own

Social platforms can change the rules overnight. A mailing list cannot be taken away from you, and for existing customers it still outperforms almost everything else.

We set the list up as part of your WordPress build, with proper opt-in and opt-out to keep you the right side of the regulations, sign-up forms on the pages where people are already interested, and newsletters designed to match your site. Write them yourself or hand them to us.

02 / How you know it is working

Enquiries and sales,
not likes.

Follower counts are easy to grow and easy to hide behind. We report on the things that show up in your bank account.

Tracking set up first

Analytics, Search Console and conversion tracking in place before a penny is spent, so we can tell what worked.

Landing pages that match

An advert promising one thing should not lead to a general home page. We build the page the campaign needs.

A monthly note in English

What we spent, what came in, what we are changing next month. One page, no dashboard homework.

We stop what fails

If a channel is not earning after a fair run, we say so and move the budget rather than quietly keep billing.

03 / Straight answers

The questions worth asking.

Marketing is where small businesses get taken advantage of most. Ask us anything, including how we get paid.

Not necessarily. Some businesses get everything they need from search and word of mouth. If your customers are not on a platform, being there is just work with no return, and we will tell you that on the call.

Either. Plenty of clients send us photos and a rough thought and we turn it into something publishable. Others prefer to write their own and have us handle scheduling, design and the reporting.

It depends on your margins and how competitive your trade is. What matters is that the budget is big enough to gather real data, otherwise you are paying for guesswork. We will work the number out with you before committing.

A fixed monthly fee for the work, kept separate from your advertising spend so you can always see exactly what goes to us and what goes to the platform. No percentage of spend, which quietly rewards us for spending more of your money.

Yes. We will audit what is there, tidy up the branding and the details, and take over the posting. Getting proper ownership of old accounts is sometimes fiddly, but we have done it plenty of times.

Ongoing SEO sits in our maintain and refresh plans, since it is mostly about the site itself. The two work well together, and we will not sell you advertising to paper over a site that cannot be found.
