Values only mean something if you can feel them in how a project actually runs. That usually comes down to three things: answering the phone, explaining things properly the second and third time you ask, and finishing the job rather than the easy 80% of it.
It also means being reachable in whichever way suits you. Some clients want a scheduled call, some send a WhatsApp message at nine in the evening. Both get the same answer, and the same care.
