Perfex is excellent software, and it is self-hosted, which means somebody has to install it, secure it, patch it and back it up. That somebody does not have to be you. We run our own business on Perfex, so we look after yours the same way.

The catch with self-hosted
Self-hosted means the software is yours to run. Somebody has to buy the licence, find a server, install it, configure the mail, keep it patched and prove the backups work. It is a genuinely dull afternoon, and then it keeps needing attention.
What we take off you
All of it. Licence, install, basic configuration, secure UK hosting, SSL, daily backups, security hardening, monitoring, malware prevention and software updates. You log in and start adding clients.
We use it ourselves
Every Web X quote, invoice and project sits in Perfex. When you ring with a question about it, you are speaking to someone who uses the same screens every day rather than reading from a knowledge base.
Two ways to pay. Same everything else.
Pay for the year and the setup fee is waived, which works out at ten months for the price of twelve. Nothing else differs between the two.
Prices exclude VAT. Larger installs, extra storage or custom modules are quoted separately, and we will tell you before anything changes.

We install and configure
Licence, install, your own web address, SSL, outgoing email and the basic setup: company details, tax rates, currency and invoice numbering.
Your branding on it
Logo, colours and templates, so the quotes and invoices your customers receive look like they came from you rather than from a stock system.
Handover
Admin logins, a walkthrough of the parts you will use daily, and us quietly keeping it patched from then on.
